am a mother of five grown children and a proud grandmother of seven adorable grandchildrenthe. I live in a a communal settlement with a warm close-knit community - called Neria. Nestled in the beautiful hills of West Binyamin in the heartland of Israel close to Modiin. I was born in London, grew up in Germany, and after a four year stint in London, I made alyah, got married and settled here thank G-d. From a very young age I was very interested in biology, anatomy, physiology, especially womens' health issues and nearly became a nurse or a physiotherapist. For various reason that did not happen. But the interest stayed. So my passion and my calling is helping, you, lovely woman, to feel better in your body and towards your body. Helping you to (re)connect to your body in a non-judgmental way through various holistic healing techniques (touch, self-touch, movement, breath work, guided imagery, relaxation techniques). And in addition to this guiding pregnant moms through their pregnancy - preparing them (and their partner) for birth -guiding them at/through birth as a profesdional birth doula -helping them to adjust after birth -supporting them and their partner
