I am a corporate and commercial attorney, licensed in Israel and NY with more than 10 years specializing in hi-tech. I represent companies throughout their lifecycle - from initial formation (registration, founders' agreements), funding rounds from pre-seed all the way through the ultimate acquisition, and all ongoing matters in between. For my clients who are investors, I represent funds, angel investors and HNWIs in all their investment activity including fund formation, vetting funds and real estate ventures and target entities for investment, through the closing of the various investment transactions. I also have experience with real estate transactions in Israel and drafting wills.
